Wedding Album: Jaco & Chantelle

Layout done: 15 December 2019

Wedding date: 16 November 2018

My cousin, Chantelle, got married on 16 November 2018 at the stunning Cussonia Crest near Brits. When she tossed the bouquet, she actually used loose flowers. So many girls had the chance to catch at least one. I got a red carnation and got married two weeks later on 1 January 2019!

I used Sketch 24 of 2019, designed by Michelle van Wyk, as posted on the Facebook group, Scrap and Sell across South Africa for this layout. I love the ribbon lace-up idea.

For the color scheme, I was inspired by the December 2019 moodboard by The Dusty Attic. I combined two collections from Mintay Papers for this layout: “Cozy Evening” and “Dreamer”.

I used fussy cut flowers from Mintay and combined it with pre-made paper flowers by Little Birdie.

I used a metal butterfly and decorated it with diamantés and finished this layout on 15 December 2019.

This layout was such a fun way to relive this gorgeous wedding.
