I did a second layout for this moodboard by 13 Arts. Please see my first layout at: https://hettiescrapbookingfrom.home.blog/2020/01/29/13-arts-challenge-86-layout-1-red-sands/

I also used this layout to solve CSI (Color – Stories – Inspiration)’s Case File 309, especially with the bird chippie.

Lastly, I entered this layout in Splashymix Challenge Group’s March Moodboard Challenge.

Once upon a time… In October last year, I attended a show where everybody dressed up as fairies. This was the dress I wore. My mother-in-law made the skirt for me. I added some fabric samples and a dress doll chippie with green glitter to the layout to represent the fact that the dress was homemade.

I used paper from the Secret Place collection by Mintay Papers and from the Little Miss collection by BoBunny. Although the moodboard does not contain pink (it does contain a bit of a red sleeve), this is a girly layout and I do have pink hair on the photograph!

I tore the paper and added white doilies below. I also added fabric leaves from the top of my dress to the layout.

The Little Miss paper had a quote on it: “Life is about creating yourself. It’s okay not to be perfect. Make your own path.” This is a very powerful message and I feel it really fits in with this layout. It also contains a bird that links to the moodboard.

I finished the layout off with paper flowers from Little Birdie and some diamanté and pearl stick-ons. Again, like in the first layout, I added green chipboard bird to the layout. It repeats with the one on the paper. In this layout it adds a dreamy feeling – like Snow White being dressed by birds…

And I hope you live happily ever after!
